Personal History:
In 1982, I moved to Steamboat Springs from Iowa to attend college and to ski. I have been here ever since. Thus, I am very familiar with the area and its different corridors and subdivisions, as well as all market trends. I have been investing in and developing real estate since 1987.
I have been extensively involved in Commercial, Condominium, and Land Subdivision Development over the past several years and have the experience to help you with your projects. Having been an owner/broker for 11 years, I have a wide range of experience in all other types of properties and can assist you with all your Real Estate needs what ever they may entail...
I live just north of Steamboat in the Elk River Valley with my wife Regina, previously from Staten Island, NY. After meeting in 1990, we were married in the summer of 1996 and have 2 beautiful children. Our daughter Payton is 8 and our son Landon is 5. Regina is a professional equine trainer specializing in Hunter/Jumper and Dressage disciplines.
I enjoy a number of mountain activities including snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, and elk hunting in the beautiful mountains of Northwest Colorado. I can also be found fly-fishing on the waters of the Yampa, or getting in 18 holes at one of our 4 beautiful Golf Courses in the Yampa Valley. In the Spring we both can be found on a warm beach or flipping off a dive boat in the Caribbean.
My wife and I plan on raising our family in Steamboat Springs along with enjoying all of the year round amenities and enjoying what the community of Steamboat has to offer.
