Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, I developed a love for the outdoors. After obtaining a Business Finance degree from The Ohio State University I traveled and worked in Europe. Upon returning, I realized I wanted to live in the mountains and decided to move to Steamboat Springs in the fall of 1991. After my first winter here I had to check out the great summers everyone spoke about. Of course after that first summer, I was hooked, and have been here ever since.
I have worked as an appraiser, and was a mortgage broker for a number of years in Steamboat. I also managed a small furniture manufacturing company and have assisted in building several homes around town. After another stint working in Europe, I returned to manage and be head guide for a mountain guide business, taking guests on many adventures around the area. In addition, I am a certified snowboard instructor, and have been teaching every winter since 1994. I got back into real estate in 2006 and am very happy to be working with Colorado Group Realty.
I feel my extensive knowledge and love for the Steamboat area, along with my finance and construction background can help you with all your real estate needs.
